Thelma's Cafe is committed to serving our community fresh food in a family ATMOSPHERE.

Welcome to Thelma's Morning Cafe. To get started, when Chef Luis came to the states from El Salvador his uncle got him a job in a Japanese Restaurant. After 3 years of learning the finest in East Asian food, Santa Monica Landmark Chinois (Owned by Wolfgang Puck) hired him as a Pastry Chef. After mastering every position from Prep to Line Cook, Chef Luis was promoted to Sous Chef, then Executive Chef. Santa Clarita’s charm and community prompted Chef Luis to pack up and move in 2007. Thelma’s (named after his beautiful wife) was opened. Now Chef Luis and his wife of more than 25 years work hard to bring you some of the most beautiful and delicious meals the most distinguished of pallets can enjoy.
